Building a Permanent Church Home That Will Impact Generations

Our church in Ethiopia has grown into a vibrant, life-giving community where people gather to worship, find hope, and experience the love of Christ. What began as a small fellowship meeting in a metal warehouse has become a spiritual home for hundreds — yet we have reached the limits of our current space.

Rainstorms pound on the metal roof and disrupt services. On hot days, the building becomes dangerously warm for children, elderly members, and families. Many of our brothers and sisters stand outside in the sun because there simply is not enough room inside.

These challenges limit not only our worship experience but also our ability to disciple, teach, and reach our community with the Gospel.

We are deeply grateful to God for the blessing of this highly sought-after land, generously granted through the support of Her Excellency, Mayor Adanech Abebe. By God’s grace, the proposed design meets the standards and requirements appropriate for such a prime location. The layout places the worship center on the entire ground level, while the high-rise building will house children’s and youth classrooms, administrative offices, training spaces, and conference rooms.

That is why we are launching “Rehoboth” — a building project to create a permanent, safe, and welcoming church home for this growing congregation.

The new facility will provide:

• A weather-resistant, well-ventilated sanctuary

• Dedicated classrooms for children and discipleship

• Space for outreach, community ministry, and future growth

• A spiritual foundation that will bless generations to come

By partnering with us, you are helping build more than walls — you are helping build a legacy of faith. Your generosity will provide a place where the Gospel can be preached boldly, where families can be nurtured, and where future believers will find a home for decades to come. Together, we can create a church that stands as a beacon of hope, a center of worship, and a place where everyone truly belongs. “… The God of heaven, he will prosper us; therefore we his servants will arise and build ...” (Nehemiah 2:20)
